Warranty Extension service: FollowTouch support 2 years of warranty extension service (3 years of warranty)
RMA Service
In 30 days since the day of the product delivery, FollowTouch provides products return service for you while there are disconformities in appearances or functions against to agreements or contracts between us as following process:
1. Customers apply for return.
2. Evaluating by FollowTouch customer service dept.
3. Returning the relevant products to FollowTouch.
4. Delivering the new products to customer.
Note:
1. FollowTouch will afford the freight cost of both sides.
2. Customers must use the original package to return the products to FollowTouch, otherwise customers should bear the cost of damage while delivery.
3. This service is not suitable for promotion products.
